Picco is Hiring for FOH & BOH Roles at Our New Marlborough Location!

Picco, known for our "Best of Boston" award-winning pizza, handmade pasta, craft beer, unique wines, and homemade ice cream, is expanding from Boston's South End to downtown Marlborough! We’re seeking both full-time and part-time front and back of house team members to help bring our vibrant dining experience and beloved menu to a new neighborhood.

FOH Team:
We’re looking for servers, bartenders, hosts, support staff, and ice cream scoopers. Experience is a plus, but enthusiasm and a strong work ethic are key! Team leaders and those eager to learn are encouraged to apply.

BOH Team:
We need dishwashers, prep cooks, line cooks, and potential team leaders. Ideal candidates will share our passion for quality food and a fun, collaborative kitchen atmosphere.
